It includes a breakdown of time required, paint and labor estimate, and a list of things that you can do before we arrive to ensure that things can go as quickly and smoothly as possible.
A good paint job can last anywhere from 5 to 10 years. Stucco lasts a little bit longer, while wood expands and contracts, creating faster wear and tear on the paint surface.
Once project is completed we provide a thorough walk through of home with client. Of course once paint is completely dry some areas might appear that will need touch ups. We have you covered at not extra charge.
Our priority is for our customers to LOVE their remodeled home. Sometimes a color can look a little different than what you expected once it's dry. We can apply some samples of the colors you have in mind on a small portion of your home, whether its indoors or outdoors. This will give you the opportunity to see how your home will look once the paint is dry. Keep in mind indoor lighting can make a huge difference on how your color will reflect.
